Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the steak by whisking together lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the flank steak and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook rice according to package instructions and heat black beans in a saucepan with some salt and pepper. Prepare corn as desired.
  3. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high, grill the marinated flank steak for 4-5 minutes per side until medium-rare. Let it rest before slicing.
  4. Assemble the bowls by distributing rice, beans, corn, tomatoes, avocado, onion, and steak slices.
  5. Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
