Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar. Beat until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour in vanilla extract and blend until silky.
- Peel, core, and chop apples into small chunks and toss with cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Pour cheesecake filling into the baking pan and fold in the chopped apples gently.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack for 15-20 minutes, then drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving, then slice into squares.
- Just before serving, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the caramel drizzle.
