  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds Or substitute with chopped nuts

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by cutting boneless skinless chicken breasts or tenders into approximately 1-inch pieces.
  2. Thoroughly coat the chicken pieces in cornstarch.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Brown the coated chicken pieces for about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Transfer the browned chicken to your slow cooker.
  5. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the orange marmalade, reduced-sodium soy sauce, white vinegar, sesame oil, ground ginger, minced garlic, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  6. Pour the prepared sauce over the browned chicken in the slow cooker and stir to coat evenly.
  7. Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on LOW for 2-3 hours or HIGH for 1.5-2 hours.
  8. Once cooked, garnish with extra sesame seeds and serve it over rice or cauliflower rice.
