  • 1 lb Kielbasa sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 lb Fresh Green Beans trimmed
  • 1 lb Baby Potatoes halved
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic fresh
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

  • 4 cups Low-Sodium Chicken Broth

Preparation
  1. Slice the kielbasa into 1-inch pieces and trim the fresh green beans. Finely chop the onion.
Layering
  1. Place the sliced kielbasa at the bottom of the crockpot. Add the green beans, followed by halved potatoes, and top with chopped onion.
Seasoning Mixture
  1. Sprinkle minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika, then add salt and black pepper to taste.
Add Liquid
  1. Pour low-sodium chicken broth over all the ingredients.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, checking potato tenderness.
Serving
  1. Gently stir the mixture and garnish with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese before serving.
