Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Peel and slice 2 medium white onions into ¼-inch thick rings and place them in a bowl.
  3. Take about a tablespoon of shredded parmesan cheese and place it onto the parchment paper, pressing it into a flat circle.
  4. Carefully position one onion ring on top of each parmesan circle on the baking sheet.
  5. Add another tablespoon of shredded parmesan cheese over each onion ring, pressing down gently.
  6. Sprinkle salt, garlic powder, and paprika over each onion ring.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove the tray from the oven and allow the onion rings to cool on the baking sheet for 10-15 minutes.
