Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly and cut them into uniform 1-inch wedges.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Stir well.
  4. Toss the sweet potato wedges with the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Fold in half of the grated Parmesan cheese with the seasoned wedges.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the wedges in a single layer.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the hot wedges and garnish with parsley before serving.
