  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce low-sodium preferred
For Frying
  • 2 cups vegetable oil high smoke point

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce. Stir well until mixed and creamy.
  2. Take a wonton wrapper and place about one tablespoon of the crab filling in the center. Moisten the edges, fold diagonally, and seal tightly.
  3. In a deep skillet, fill with oil about two inches deep and heat until it reaches 350°F.
  4. Carefully drop in three to four bombs and fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Optionally, mix soy sauce with rice vinegar or sriracha for dipping sauce.
