Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the teriyaki glaze by combining soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Pour the teriyaki glaze into the skillet and toss chicken until coated.
  3. Fry wonton wrappers in a separate skillet with vegetable oil over medium-high heat for 1–2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Drain excess oil on paper towels.
  4. Assemble tacos by placing teriyaki chicken inside each wonton shell and topping with shredded cabbage, green onions, sesame seeds, and spicy mayo.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy fresh!
