- Start by cutting the chicken breasts into thin strips, ensuring even cooking. Season the chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the seasoned chicken strips in a single layer and cook for 8 minutes, turning halfway.
- Remove the chicken and let it rest. On each tortilla, layer fresh spinach, chicken strips, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Roll the tortillas tightly.
