  3. Pour chicken broth over the rice, ensuring all grains are submerged.
  4. Distribute your cooked chicken evenly over the rice.
  5. Layer diced cucumbers, chopped red onions, halved grape tomatoes, and Kalamata olives on top of the chicken.
  6. In a bowl, mix tzatziki sauce with garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper, then spread it over the layered vegetables.
