For the Turkey
  • 3 lbs Turkey Breast Bone-in or boneless.
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cranberry sauce, orange juice, honey, and ground cinnamon to create the glaze.
  3. Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the turkey breast on the baking sheet and brush generously with the cranberry-orange glaze.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, basting every 20 minutes with remaining glaze.
  6. Once done, let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
