Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Par-bake the crust for 10 minutes with weights, remove weights, and bake for another 10 minutes until golden.
  4. Combine cranberries and orange juice in a saucepan, simmer for 4-5 minutes until cranberries burst.
  5. Blend the cranberry mixture until smooth and strain to get about 2 cups of cranberry puree.
  6. Whisk together sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, cranberry puree, and orange zest until thick.
  7. Pour the filling into the pre-baked crust and bake for 30-35 minutes until slightly wobbly but set.
  8. Cool on a wire rack for about 2 hours to enhance flavors.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
  10. Garnish with whipped cream or berries before serving.
