  • 1 pack Filo Pastry fully thawed
  • 4 tablespoons Butter melted; olive oil can be substituted for dairy-free option
  • 200 grams Brie can use camembert as an alternative
  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce store-bought or homemade
For the Crunch
  • 1/4 cup Flaked Almonds walnuts or hazelnuts can be used
  • 2 tablespoons Black Sesame Seeds can substitute with poppy seeds

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the thawed filo sheets into 36 square pieces.
  3. Brush one filo square with melted butter, place a slice of brie, a teaspoon of cranberry sauce, and a sprinkle of flaked almonds, then roll tightly.
  4. Transfer crackers to baking trays, brush tops with melted butter, and sprinkle black sesame seeds on top.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and aromatic.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
