- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté sliced shallots for 4-5 minutes until softened and translucent.
- Add ground sausage to the skillet, crumble it and cook for 6-7 minutes until browned.
- Place naan breads on the lined baking sheet and spread canned pumpkin puree evenly over each, sprinkling with dried oregano.
- Layer with melted fontina cheese, crumbled sausage, and sautéed shallots. Dollop with ricotta cheese.
- Drizzle fresh sage leaves lightly with olive oil and scatter over topped pizzas.
- Bake the pizzas for around 15 minutes, checking for a golden-brown crust.
- Remove the pizzas from the oven and drizzle hot honey over each for a sweet finish.
