Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 15 ounces of ricotta cheese, 1 cup of powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and ½ cup of mini chocolate chips. Blend until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Take one pre-made pie crust and fit it into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
  4. Spoon the creamy ricotta filling evenly over the prepared crust, spreading it gently.
