Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare an 8 or 9-inch baking dish by lightly spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, packed brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon. Mix these dry ingredients together, then add melted unsalted butter and blend until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
