  • 1 cup plain yogurt or sour cream/mayo
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Cilantro Lime Sauce by blending cilantro, yogurt, garlic, lime juice, and salt in a food processor until mostly smooth.
  2. Mix the slaw by tossing slaw mix and carrots with half the cilantro lime sauce, setting the remaining sauce aside.
  3. Marinate the shrimp with spice mix, olive oil, and lime juice for 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375–400°F) and oil the grates.
  5. Grill the marinated shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
  6. Warm the tortillas briefly, assemble tacos with shrimp, slaw, reserved sauce, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice.
