Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Brush each flatbread with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the cooked chicken evenly over the flatbreads. Top with slices of fresh mozzarella and tomato.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle fresh basil leaves over the top. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
- Slice into pieces and enjoy warm.
