- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the cooked chicken, chopped artichoke hearts, and thawed spinach in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Combine the breadcrumbs with melted butter in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the casserole, then add remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
