Preheat your oven to 425°F.
Roll out the risen dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
Transfer the rolled dough to a greased baking sheet. Brush the melted butter over the surface and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Evenly distribute the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the dough.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then cut into sticks. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
