Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the tortellini in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions, drain and keep warm.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet, sear thinly sliced steak for 3–4 minutes until browned, then transfer to a plate.
  3. Sauté onions, green bell pepper, and minced garlic in the same skillet for 5–6 minutes until softened.
  4. Add beef broth, scraping up browned bits, and let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and let simmer for 4–5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Gradually add shredded provolone cheese, stirring continuously until melted.
  7. Combine seared steak with the creamy sauce, season with salt and pepper.
  8. Fold in the cooked tortellini, mixing well to coat.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
