Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear, about 2-3 minutes. Cook in medium saucepan with water over medium heat for 15 minutes until absorbed.
  2. Transfer cooked rice to a large bowl, cool for 5 minutes, and integrate vinegar, sugar, and salt mixture gently.
  3. Slice cucumber and dice avocado, keeping them visually appealing for the bowl.
  4. Layer seasoned sushi rice in serving bowls, arranging cucumber, avocado, and crab on top.
  5. Mix soy sauce and sriracha to taste, drizzle over bowls.
  6. Serve immediately, optionally adding pickled ginger on the side.
