Step-by-Step Instructions for Buffalo Chicken Bacon Mozzarella Bombs
  1. Cut the mozzarella cheese into 1-inch cubes and set them aside on a plate.
  2. Crumble the cooked bacon into small pieces and wrap a slice around each mozzarella cube.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and half of the buffalo sauce.
  4. Take a portion of the chicken mixture, flatten it, place the wrapped cheese in the center, and encase it completely with the chicken mixture.
  5. Roll each bomb in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry the bombs for 5-6 minutes until golden; or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18-20 minutes.
  7. Remove from oil or oven, drizzle with remaining buffalo sauce, and serve warm.
