- Prepare Mozzarella: Cut the mozzarella cheese into 1-inch cubes and set aside.
- Wrap Cheese: Crumble the cooked bacon and wrap each mozzarella cube with a thin layer of bacon, ensuring no gaps.
- Mix Chicken Filling: Combine ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and half of the buffalo sauce in a bowl.
- Form Bombs: Flatten a portion of chicken mixture, place a bacon-wrapped mozzarella in the center, and seal it to form a ball.
- Coat Bombs: Roll each bomb in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Cook: Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry bombs for 5-6 minutes until golden brown or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18-20 minutes.
- Finish & Serve: Remove bombs from oil, drain, drizzle remaining buffalo sauce, and serve hot.
