Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all your ingredients and equipment.
  2. Cut off the top quarter of each roll and hollow out the interior.
  3. Place a slice of deli ham at the bottom of each hollowed-out bread bowl.
  4. Add spinach on top of the ham, followed by half of the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Crack one egg into each bread bowl and season with sea salt.
  6. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese over the eggs in each bowl.
  7. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes until eggs are cooked to your liking.
  8. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped green onion, and serve hot.
