Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper until well-coated.
On a large baking sheet, lay out the tortilla chips in a single layer.
Spread the seasoned chicken evenly over the chips.
Layer the black beans, chopped tomatoes, jalapeños, and both cheeses generously on top.
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Allow to cool for a few minutes after removing from the oven.
Garnish with green onions, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa before serving.
