  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish by lightly greasing it.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the ranch seasoning, panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the melted butter, ensuring it is thoroughly coated.
  4. Roll the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down gently to ensure the coating sticks.
  5. Arrange the coated chicken breasts in the greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. For an extra crunchy finish, switch the oven to broil for the last 2-3 minutes, watching carefully.
  8. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
