  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Carefully slice the Italian sub rolls in half lengthwise, keeping them hinged to create a pocket.
  3. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the unsalted butter in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds.
