Cooking Instructions
  1. Make the Glaze: In a small saucepan, combine apple cider, honey, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large skillet. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, and place them skin-side down. Sear for about 6-8 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Coat Chicken: Pour the glaze over the chicken and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
  4. Prepare the Slaw: In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, and apples. In a separate bowl, whisk together vinegar, salt, pepper, and celery seeds. Pour over slaw and toss with fresh herbs.
  5. Serve: Plate the chicken alongside the slaw for a delightful meal.
