Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and ½ teaspoon of salt. Stir these dry ingredients well until they are evenly mixed.
  2. Add 1 cup of Greek yogurt to the dry mixture. Using a fork or your hands, gently combine the ingredients until a shaggy dough starts to form.
  3. Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  4. Once kneaded, divide the dough into 6 equal parts. Roll each piece into a ball, then flatten to form round shapes, roughly ¼ inch thick.
  5. In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, and a pinch of black pepper.
  6. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes. Brush both sides of each flatbread generously with the garlic oil mixture and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Remove the flatbreads from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving. Serve warm alongside your favorite dips.
