1 cup dark chocolate chips (60-70% cocoa)
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup chopped dates (pitted)
1/4 cup chopped pistachios
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
In a medium saucepan, melt the dark chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
Fold in the chopped dates, pistachios, and shredded coconut until evenly distributed.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula.
