Ingredients
Scale
2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
1 tablespoon avocado oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish by lining it with foil or lightly greasing it.
In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, whole grain mustard, avocado oil, chopped garlic, black pepper, and sea salt. Stir until smooth and well blended.
Arrange the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish, skin side down. Pour the honey mixture over the fillets, coating them evenly.
Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is tender and flakes easily, reaching an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Remove from the oven and let sit for a few minutes. Sprinkle fresh dill on top before serving.
Notes
For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding a splash of lemon juice to the glaze.
Pair the salmon with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad for a delightful meal.
