Ingredients
Scale
1 cup honey
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pre-made 9-inch pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the honey, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, and granulated sugar. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Add the eggs, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt to the mixture. Beat until everything is fully incorporated and the mixture is creamy.
Pour the filling into the pre-made pie crust, spreading it evenly.
If using, sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top of the filling.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let the pie cool at room temperature for about 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, consider adding a tablespoon of lemon juice to the filling for a hint of citrus.
You can substitute the walnuts with almonds or pistachios for a different nutty flavor.
