A quick and delicious Chicken Caprese Flatbread topped with fresh ingredients and drizzled with balsamic glaze.

Ingredients

  • 2 large flatbreads or naan
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Brush each flatbread with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer the cooked chicken evenly over the flatbreads. Top with slices of fresh mozzarella and tomato.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle fresh basil leaves over the top. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
  6. Slice into pieces and enjoy warm.
