“Bang Bang Salmon Made Perfect in Just 15 Minutes
1 pound salmon fillets
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust for spice preference)
2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Set aside.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Place them on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Drizzle the prepared bang bang sauce over the salmon.
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
