Ingredients
Scale
1 pound fresh salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the salmon cubes, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Toss gently until the salmon is evenly coated.
Place the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook in batches.
Cook the salmon bites for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. The salmon should be golden brown and flaky when done.
Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes to the seasoning mix.
Serve the salmon bites with a side of dipping sauce, such as a yogurt-based tzatziki or a spicy mayo for added flavor.
