1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
4 slices multigrain bread
1 cup cottage cheese
1 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions
Set your air fryer to 360°F.
In a mixing bowl, toss the blueberries with maple syrup, lime juice, and a pinch of sea salt. Lightly crush the blueberries with a fork.
